PREAMBLE
The United States once mass produced the motors of global prosperity right here on our own soil: machines, medicines, ships, and chips. We had a robust research-to-industrial pipeline that created, delivered, and recirculated the value born from our innovations throughout the US, unleashing prosperity for the most productive middle class in the history of the world.
But today, the value stream from the fountainhead of good ideas to their industrialization in our communities has atrophied. The information and physical supply chains have buckled, withering small manufacturers, and fomenting existential risks like climate change, bio threats, and AI misalignment that threaten to outrun the pace of laboratory discovery.
But there is a better way to build our own progress again.
General American Intelligence is standing up to say that means industrializing the present. We are establishing an R&D Foundry to serve as a programmable pipeline that converts good ideas into investable, manufacturable products, both digital and physical, to create enduring value for communities of people, all at Moore's Law velocity.
We call upon the scientific and engineering community to join this effort as a matter of moral duty comparable in magnitude to the Moon Landing or Manhattan Project.
THE MORAL
IMPERATIVE
SURVIVAL FORMULA
In a Darwinian economy, insight without execution—or execution without insight—condemns families, firms, and nations alike. Progress requires mission-driven collaboration between the ingredients, recipes, and catalysts for creating new technological life.
VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES
The SMB white collar middle class and their communities are vulnerable to rapid displacement by AI. The three largest white collar engines of local prosperity—healthcare, legal, and real estate SMBs—face algorithmic obsolescence.
STEWARDS OF POSSIBILITY
Engineers and scientists are stewards of what's possible. The craft of bending nature to human will confers an obligation: build faster than entropy breaks. We have the knowledge, skills, and connections to alleviate human suffering.
SPECIES LEVEL THREATS
A vaccine discovered after a pandemic peak is a life un‑saved. A clean‑steel process commercialized late is a gigaton of CO₂ emitted. We need systematic, mission-oriented solutions to these existential challenges.

Discovery Line
Think of this as the Foundry's telescope array. Federated GPU clusters scrape and simulate relevant data while autonomous agents vacuum the literature for unexplored veins of value at cross disciplinary edges.
Design Line
Surviving concepts graduate to an arena where digital twins and physics-informed models iterate thousands of designs overnight. Generative algorithms optimize for manufacturability and supply-chain resilience.
Pilot Line
A ninety day time to value is the contractual promise. Whether the output is code or carbon fiber, a multidisciplinary swarm of talent turns designs into customer-facing MVPs.
Scale-Out Line
Once the MVP clears field tests, we replicate and scale it. Standardized playbooks and financing SPVs hand designs to SMB partners who can scale without huge balance sheets.
Feedback Loop
Telemetry flows back from every deployed instance so the next Discovery cycle starts with real world truth instead of statistical hope. This closes the loop.
